Hey friends! I just got back from a weekend in Madison with my friend, so that's why it has taken me so long to post something new! I will actually be going back there in two weeks to tour UW-Madison... it is scary to think I will actually be applying to colleges in a couple months.. eeek! I hope all of you are doing well in school.. just think, only four months until summer! Yay! :)

Spring is FINALLY here!! Err.. well.. it seems that way. The temperature here in Eau Claire reached a high of 28 degrees! Lame, I know, but that actually seems warm to us Wisconsinites. Therefore, I felt it was the perfect day to break out my lightweight blazer from last summer and forgo my winter coat for the day. Now it is off to church for Ash Wednesday service! I will try to do posts at least twice a week for you all! I hope you are liking what you see!

Count this as my first official post on my new fashion blog: "La Femme." My name is Emily, although my online persona is "E." I am a junior in highschool, and after graduation I am moving to the big city of New York to pursue my career in fashion journalism.
